Student Registration, Certification Program:
$600 (prepaid before December 1, 2025)
$900 (after December 1, 2025)
Charges include admission to the Thompson Technique Series in Asheville, NC, and easy to follow illustrated manual.
Seminar Dates and Times: February 21, 2026, Saturday 9am-7pm.
February 22, 2026, Sunday 9am-7pm.
Registration fees are not transferable to another individual.
**Registration is limited and is on a first come, first served basis.**
REFUND POLICY:
In the event that you cannot attend a seminar that is prepaid, the fee for that seminar may be applied to another Thompson Technique seminar presented by Thompson Technique Academy within 12 months of the missed seminar, provided that proper notice be given to the Thompson Technique Academy. Refunds will be processed as follows: Prior to December 1, 2025, a 25% administration fee will be deducted from amount paid. From December 1, 2025 - January 1, 2026 a 50% administrative fee will be deducted from amount paid. There are no refunds after January 1, 2026.
You cannot transfer your registration to someone else.
All efforts to ensure privacy of payment information have been taken.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the unlikely event that Chiro CE Destinations, LLC, DBA Thompson Technique Academy, cancels without rescheduling these seminar dates, February 21, 22, 2026 for any reason, and at any time, the registrant will receive 100% refund of paid seminar fees (less 3% PayPal card processing fee) not used and agrees to Hold Harmless Chiro CE Destinations, LLC for any losses associated with this seminar including, but not limited to, the cost of any lodging, any and all associated travel expenses.
CONSENT For photographs, film/video recordings and/or audio recordings:
- I authorize Thomas Kolarik, Thompson Technique Academy, Chiro CE Destination, LLC to make photographs, film/video recording, audio recording or electronic recordings of me, my image and my likeness and to publish or otherwise use information about me.
- I understand and agree that the photographs, film/video recording, audio recording or electronic recordings of me, my image and my likeness may used for publication and for other Thomas Kolarik, Thompson Technique Academy Seminars and Chiro CE Destinations seminars, publication/productions in the future.
- I do not place any limit on the period of time in which the photographs, film/video recording, audio recording or electronic recordings of me, my image and my likeness or information may be used.
- I understand that I will not receive any payment from Thomas Kolarik, Thompson Technique Academy, or Chiro CE Destinations, LLC as a result of the distribution, showing or other use of photographs, film/video recording, audio recording or electronic recordings of me, my image and my likeness or information.
- I give my consent with the understanding that I may or may not be identified by full name in any photographs, film/video recording, audio recording or electronic recordings of me which are made.
- I understand the photographs, films/videos and audio recordings are owned by Thomas Kolarik, and Chiro CE Destinations, LLC.
